Plagiarism Policy

All submitted manuscripts may be screened for plagiarism, inappropriate text reuse, duplicate publication, and other forms of academic misconduct using appropriate plagiarism-detection and editorial assessment tools.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that submitted manuscripts are original and that all sources are appropriately acknowledged.

Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to:

copying text without appropriate attribution;

presenting another person's ideas as one's own;

substantial unattributed reproduction of published material;

inappropriate reuse of one's previously published material; and

submitting substantially overlapping manuscripts to more than one journal.

The journal reserves the right to reject a manuscript, request clarification, notify the authors' institution, or take other appropriate action when plagiarism or significant inappropriate text reuse is identified.

Minor legitimate overlap, such as standard methodological terminology or commonly used scientific expressions, will be assessed in context rather than automatically treated as misconduct.
