Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

JANOLI International Journal of Management Science is committed to protecting the integrity of scholarly publishing and maintaining confidence in the academic record.

Authors' responsibilities

Authors must submit original work, accurately report research methods and findings, acknowledge relevant literature, obtain required permissions, and disclose funding and conflicts of interest. All listed authors must approve the manuscript and accept responsibility for their contributions.

Plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, inappropriate authorship, citation manipulation, and undisclosed competing interests are unacceptable.

Editors' responsibilities

Editors must assess manuscripts fairly, maintain confidentiality, disclose conflicts of interest, preserve editorial independence, and respond appropriately to research-integrity concerns.

Reviewers' responsibilities

Reviewers must provide objective and constructive evaluations, respect confidentiality, declare conflicts of interest, and base their recommendations on scholarly evidence.

Research involving human participants

Studies involving interviews, surveys, experiments, identifiable personal information, or other human-participant research must comply with applicable ethical and legal requirements. Where required, authors must report institutional approval, informed consent procedures, and appropriate safeguards for privacy and confidentiality.

Research data and transparency

Authors must accurately report their data and methods and provide supporting information when reasonably requested. Data availability, confidentiality restrictions, and relevant analytical materials should be disclosed according to the nature of the study.

Corrections and retractions

The journal will investigate credible concerns about published research and issue corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions when warranted. Actions will be proportionate to the findings and documented appropriately.

Complaints and appeals

Complaints regarding publication ethics, editorial decisions, or research integrity will be handled through a documented and impartial procedure.

Ethical publishing framework

The journal intends to align its procedures with recognized scholarly publishing ethics principles, including relevant guidance from the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Any claim of formal membership or endorsement will be made only when verified.
