The editor makes the final decision based on reviewer feedback. Authors receive comments without knowing reviewer identities.

Author Revisions:
If revisions are required, authors revise manuscripts without disclosure of reviewer identities.

Editorial Transparency:
Confidentiality of authors and reviewers is strictly maintained. Only the editorial team has access to this information.

Publication:
Once accepted, author identities are revealed in the final published version.
